A gift for them. A gift for your team.
The best retreats we plan start with an introduction from someone who has been on one.
A complimentary signature experience
An extra moment on their first Wilder retreat, chosen with them and sized to their group.
- Welcome experience
- Private chef’s dinner
- Sunset sail
- Stargazing with an astronomer
Your next retreat, upgraded
When the team you introduce books, your team gets its own complimentary signature experience on your next Wilder retreat, chosen with you. Prefer flexibility? Take it as a credit instead.
- Retreat photographer
- Live music evening
- Private wine tasting
- Local artisan workshop
Thirty seconds for you. We handle the rest.

Referral FAQ
When does a referral count?
When the team you introduce signs with Wilder and pays its deposit. It needs to be a team that isn’t already working with us.
Can I refer another team at my own company?
Yes, as long as that team hasn’t worked with us before.
How big are the signature experiences?
Both are sized to the retreat you refer. The larger their retreat, the bigger the experience for them and for your team. We confirm both in writing when they book.
How does my team’s experience work?
It applies to your next Wilder retreat booked within 24 months, and we choose it with you. If you’d rather, take its value as a credit on that retreat instead. Rewards from more than one referral add up. They have no cash value.
Will you mention my name?
Only if you introduce us yourself or tell us it’s OK.
What if two people refer the same team?
The first introduction counts.
