Sedona puts some of the best hiking in the West, strong resorts and a walkable town within a few minutes of each other. Teams can be on a trail at sunrise, in a meeting room by nine and at dinner in Uptown that night, and the red rock setting makes it easy to step away from the usual routine.
It depends on your group. Enchantment Resort in Boynton Canyon has 218 rooms and casitas and the most meeting space, so it suits larger teams. Ambiente is an adults-only landscape hotel with 40 private atriums, a strong fit for leadership groups. L’Auberge de Sedona sits on Oak Creek in Uptown, with cottages and lodge rooms a short walk from town. We’ll recommend the best fit for your group size, goals and budget.
Spring (March through May) and fall (September through November) bring mild days and cool nights, ideal for outdoor sessions. Summer days often reach the 90s, with afternoon monsoon storms from July through September. Winter is cooler and quieter, with lower rates.
Most groups fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), about 2 hours from Sedona by car. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is about 45 minutes away, with fewer flights. Wilder coordinates group transfers from either airport.
Beyond the featured experiences, teams can take a Pink Jeep tour, visit Verde Valley wineries, cool off in Oak Creek, tour the Chapel of the Holy Cross or book a private stargazing night. Wilder builds the itinerary around your team’s interests and goals.
