Wilder Retreats Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of discoverwilder.com (the “Site”), operated by Wilder Retreats Inc. (“Wilder,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site describes our corporate retreat, offsite and incentive travel services. Destinations, itineraries, photos, group sizes and budget ranges shown on the Site are examples for planning purposes. They are not offers, and availability is never guaranteed.
Any retreat we plan for you is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement signed by both parties. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Wilder and to contact us about planning a retreat. You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or overload it.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other users’ information.
Scrape, copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Our Content
The Site’s text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design belong to Wilder or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement beyond the work described.
4. Inquiries and Communications
When you submit a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and allow us to contact you about your request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use that information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed services run by others, such as scheduling tools, venues, hotels and social media. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section does not limit any obligations set out in a signed retreat agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wilder harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
