Cabo has year-round sun, nonstop flights from most US cities and resorts built for groups. Teams can meet in the morning and spend afternoons on the Sea of Cortez or in the desert, all within a short drive of the airport.
It depends on your group and goals. Corazón Cabo has 305 rooms on Medano Beach, walking distance to the marina and restaurants, with more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Montage Los Cabos has 194 rooms on a swimmable bay with 44,000 square feet of meeting space, best for a polished, five-star retreat. Hilton Los Cabos has 275 rooms on the Corridor with 40,000 square feet of event space including a beachfront lawn, a strong fit for groups of 100 on a moderate budget. We’ll recommend the best fit for your group size, goals and budget.
November through May is the most comfortable, with warm days, cool evenings and whale season from December through March. Summer is hot and humid, and September is the peak of hurricane season.
Fly into Los Cabos International (SJD). The Hilton is about 25 minutes away, Montage about 30 minutes and Corazón about 40 minutes. Private flights can use Cabo San Lucas International (CSL). US travelers need a valid passport. We handle all ground transfers.
Yes. Todos Santos is about an hour north and San José del Cabo about 30 minutes east, so teams can add a day trip for art galleries, farm-to-table dinners or surfing.
Beyond the featured experiences, teams can snorkel at Chileno Bay, whale-watch in winter, fish for marlin, play golf on championship courses, ride ATVs in the desert or take a street taco tour.
Yes. All three resorts can host several hundred people, with ballrooms and oceanfront event lawns.
Yes. We use beachfront lawns, terraces and rooftop decks for sessions and receptions most of the year, with an indoor room held as a backup.
Yes. The mixology class, catamaran and camel ride need no experience, and kayak and paddleboard guides coach first-timers. There is always an easier option.
