Wilder designs retreats around whatever your team most needs from that time together.
Corporate retreat costs vary based on destination, group size, duration, and program design. Most Wilder programs run between $1,500 and $3,500 per person for a 3 to 5 day program, including accommodations, meals, activities, and logistics. Group size works in your favor: our pre-negotiated wholesale rates with hotels and vendors mean your budget goes further than it would booking direct. We will give you a transparent cost range in our first conversation based on your group and priorities.
The destination should match the tone of the program. A strategic leadership session calls for a private, focused setting. A team celebration calls for something more vibrant and experiential. We ask about your team's culture, travel experience, group size, and what you are trying to accomplish, then recommend destinations that fit. Wilder works with properties across the U.S. and internationally, and has relationships that give us access to venues and rates most companies cannot find on their own.
For domestic retreats, 3 to 6 months is ideal. International programs benefit from 6 to 12 months of lead time, both for venue availability and for managing travel logistics across a large group.
