Wilder designs retreats around whatever your team most needs from that time together.
On average, retreats run from $750 to $1,500 per person per day. Cost depends on destination, group size, length and program design, and covers accommodations, meals, activities and logistics. Your proposal lays out the full price, with transparent contracts and no hidden costs.
The destination should match the tone of the program. A strategic leadership session calls for a private, focused setting. A team celebration calls for something more vibrant and experiential. We ask about your team's culture, travel experience, group size, and what you are trying to accomplish, then recommend destinations that fit. Wilder works with properties across the U.S. and internationally, and has relationships that give us access to venues and rates most companies cannot find on their own.
For domestic retreats, 3 to 6 months is ideal. International programs benefit from 6 to 12 months of lead time, both for venue availability and for managing travel logistics across a large group.
