Company retreats

Company retreats that bring everyone together

Four-day corporate retreats for 50 to 1,000+ people at luxury hotels, lodges and resorts in nature, kept personal with small groups, shared experiences outside and a closing night of gratitude.

The Wilder approach

Big enough for everyone, small enough to feel personal

Three things keep a Wilder retreat personal, however many people come.

Small groups, all the way through

Mixed teams, cross-department breakouts and small tables, so 250 people still get real conversation.

Experiences outside that connect

Shared time outside every day, with an option for every energy level.

A closing night of gratitude

Leaders thank people by name, and the company celebrates what it built together.

How a Wilder company retreat works

Before anyone arrives, we agree on one goal, survey your team and find a venue that holds everyone.

Day 1

Arrive and connect

Arrivals, an opening session and a welcome dinner with teams mixed on purpose.

Day 2

Together, then small groups

Leadership shares the direction, small groups dig in, then everyone heads outside.

Day 3

Make it real, then celebrate

Teams make their own plans, then a closing night of recognition and gratitude.

Day 4

Commit and head home

Each small group shares one commitment in a closing circle.

Afterward, the same survey and a one-page results summary show leadership what changed.

Questions about company retreats

How big a company retreat can Wilder plan?

From about 50 people to more than 1,000. Planning for a leadership team? See executive retreats.

How do you keep a large retreat personal?

We keep breaking the group into smaller ones: mixed teams for experiences, breakouts across departments and small tables at dinner. Everyone is part of one company retreat, and everyone gets time for real conversation.

Does our team need to be outdoorsy?

No. Retreats happen at luxury hotels, lodges and resorts, and every experience has an easier option. We ask about comfort levels before we plan anything.

How long should a company retreat be?

Four days. Day 1 is mostly arrivals, and the shift in how people think and connect usually comes around day 3, so four days leaves time to act on it and celebrate.

How much does a company retreat cost?

Most Wilder retreats run $750 to $1,500 per person per day, all in. Try our budget calculator for a starting number.

How far in advance should we book?

For groups of 100 or more, start 3 to 6 months out. International programs benefit from 6 to 12 months. We can work within tighter windows when needed.

Who runs the retreat on site?

A Wilder lead runs everything on site, so your leaders can be in the room with their teams.
