It depends on your group. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is the largest, with 387 rooms and suites and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom. Montage Deer Valley sits at Empire Pass with ski-in, ski-out access and 174 rooms and suites. The Lodge at Blue Sky is a 46-suite ranch retreat on 4,000 acres in Wanship, a strong fit for leadership teams. We’ll recommend the best fit for your group size, goals and budget.
Yes. Deer Valley is one of the few ski-only resorts in North America, so snowboarding isn’t allowed. Many guests like the quieter slopes and well-groomed runs that come with it.
Every season works. December through March is ski season, and June through September brings hiking, mountain biking, outdoor concerts and mild alpine weather. Spring and fall are quieter, with lower rates.
