It depends on your group and goals. W Nashville has 346 rooms in the Gulch and more than 24,000 square feet of meeting space, best for larger groups who want energy and nightlife. Southall Farm & Inn has 78 rooms and cottages on more than 500 acres in Franklin, a strong fit for teams of up to about 60 who want a farm retreat 25 minutes from the city. 1 Hotel Nashville has 215 rooms, a 9,000-square-foot ballroom and a rooftop with fire pits, next to the Music City Center. We’ll recommend the best fit for your group size, goals and budget.
April through June and September through early November are the most comfortable. Summer is hot and busy, and December is festive with holiday events. Book early for spring and fall, when the city fills with conferences and concerts.
Fly into Nashville International (BNA). W Nashville and 1 Hotel are about 15 minutes away, and Southall Farm & Inn is about 35 to 45 minutes. We handle all ground transfers.
Yes. Many teams stay downtown and spend an afternoon or a dinner at Southall, or base at Southall and come into the city for a night of live music.
