Santa Fe mixes adobe architecture, a serious art scene and high-desert trails in a town small enough to walk. Teams can meet in the morning, hike or ride in the afternoon and eat some of the best New Mexican food in the country at night. The setting feels a world away from the office, and it’s only an hour from Albuquerque.
It depends on your group. Bishop’s Lodge has 98 rooms on 317 acres next to the Santa Fe National Forest, with about 12,000 square feet of meeting space, so it suits the largest teams. Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi has 58 rooms a short walk from the Plaza and meeting space for up to 50, a strong fit for leadership groups that want to be in town. Four Seasons Rancho Encantado has 65 casitas and suites on 57 acres in the foothills, with plenty of indoor and outdoor event space. We’ll recommend the best fit for your group size, goals and budget.
September and October bring mild days, cool nights and golden aspens in the mountains. May and June are also dry and pleasant. July and August are warm, with afternoon monsoon storms. Winter is cold with occasional snow, and Ski Santa Fe is less than an hour from town.
Most groups fly into Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), about an hour from Santa Fe by car. Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) is about 20 minutes from most hotels and has a small number of direct flights. Wilder coordinates group transfers from either airport.
