Wilder designs a range of programs for companies and organizations with specific objectives that fall outside a typical company retreat. Common examples include board and advisory offsites, new hire onboarding intensives, department or functional summits for groups like engineering, marketing, or finance teams, milestone celebration retreats for anniversaries or major company achievements, and leadership development programs. If you have a group and a goal, reach out and we will tell you whether we are a good fit.
Yes, and this is often one of the most useful parts of the first conversation. A lot of companies come to us knowing they want to do something, without being sure what format will best serve the goal. We will ask the right questions and give you an honest recommendation about what kind of program is most likely to produce the outcome you are looking for.
Our sweet spot is groups of 20 or more. We evaluate each request individually, so reach out even if your group is smaller and we will tell you what is feasible. For programs under 15 people, the logistics and economics of certain venue types change, and we will be upfront about how that affects the program design.
Most custom programs take 3 to 6 months to plan for domestic events and 6 to 12 months for international destinations. We can move faster when the timeline requires it. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on venue selection, pricing, and design.
Three things. First, Wilder has pre-negotiated wholesale rates with properties and vendors across our destination portfolio. That buying power means your budget goes further with us than it would booking direct, and in most cases our planning fees are effectively offset by what you save on accommodations and logistics. Second, we design the program around your business objective, not just the logistics. Third, one dedicated specialist owns your program from first call to final goodbye. You are not managing a roster of vendors. You have one partner who is accountable for the whole thing.
